We are very pleased to offer the following guarantees because we want to give something back to our customers. In reading through these guarantees remember that we are always an email or phone call away and would like to hear from you if you have a guarantee query.
Returns Guarantee
We take pride in the quality and workmanship of all our products. If the product you receive has a defect we will offer a full refund. This guarantee applies to every product sold in our shop and is valid for the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you do receive a faulty item, please return it to us by using the self addressed envelope provided.
Please note, the warranty only extends to those products used for their intended purpose and that are not damaged through misuse.
Delivery Guarantee
We will process your order within 3 days. Your order will be sent out from our store at Noosa, Qld 4566. All deliveries will be made through Australia Post and for the likely delivery time, please check the Australia Post website. If you place an order and the goods are not available, you will be notified within 2 days.
When you purchase goods on our website you will only see Express Post appear on your invoice. But we want to do more to protect your shipment so, at no extra charge, we will upgrade your parcel to Registered Post when the value of goods rises above a certain value. Here’s how it works.
Domestic orders of value less than $100 are sent by Express Post. Domestic orders of value greater than $100 are, at the discretion of Belle Fashion Mart, sent by Registered Post. Most important of all, we guarantee all domestic delivery or your money will be refunded.
International orders are sent by Airmail. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a guarantee for international mail outside Australia. At the same time we have experienced a very high level of reliability in delivery of our international orders, so you should not become concerned if your parcel is delayed by a few days or a week. For our international deliveries, please allow extra delivery time of about 1 week before contacting our sales team.
